- Computer name โ Click the Serion icon in the bottom-right corner by the clock.
- You may need to click the ^ arrow to show all icons.
- Click the Serion icon once, and your computer name will be displayed.
- Example:
LAPTOP-JSMITH or OFFICE-PC3.
- What you were doing when the issue happened.
- Error messages (copy/paste the text or attach a screenshot).
- Steps youโve tried already (e.g. restarted your computer, reconnected Wi-Fi).
- Urgent? Submit the ticket, then call our support line right away.
The more details you provide, the faster our technicians can resolve your issue.
