  • Phishing emails are very common right now and often pretend to be from coworkers or trusted companies.
  • Be cautious of emails that ask you to click links, open attachments, or share login details.

Virus Warning pop-ups?

I wanted to address a concern some of you might have noticed recently.
If you're seeing pop-ups on the right-hand side of your screen that look like potential virus alerts, please don't worry—these are not actual viruses.

These pop-ups are ads from Google or Edge that sometimes appear as notifications. To stop these from appearing, you can easily disable them:

  1. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the pop-up.  (See Image Below)
  2. Select "Turn off all notifications."

This should prevent any further pop-ups from interrupting your work.
